Potters David and Mary Farrell of Westmoore Pottery specialize in historical pottery. Their wares are made in the old traditions, with the look and feel of pottery of the 17th, 18th, and early 19th centuries. We are particularly interested in styles of pottery made in central North Carolina in the 1700s and early 1800s.

At Westmoore Pottery visitors find saltglazed stoneware, beautifully sliptrailed redware, and wares glazed in rich greens. All pots are made to be used as well as collected.

Visitors may watch us work and ask as many questions as they like! For more information, visit our website.

Open Monday - Saturday from 9-5. (Closed Thanksgiving Day. Closed Dec. 24 - Jan. 17 each year.)

WE REALLY DO KEEP THESE HOURS!
WESTMOORE POTTERY IS ALWAYS OPEN WHEN WE SAY WE WILL BE OPEN!

Directions: Westmoore Pottery is located on Busbee Road in the Westmoore Community. Busbee Road turns off of Highway 705 halfway between Robbins and Seagrove; Westmoore Pottery is located about a half mile from that intersection.
